Accessing Call Logs

Logs are kept by pulver.Communicator for all telephone activity that takes place through the application, including:

  • missed calls

  • incoming calls

  • outgoing calls

  1. Click on the Call Log tab located in the application's main window to access your pulver.Communicator call logs.

The Call Log screen will display.

  1. Click the Call Log controls that correspond to the call logs you want to view.
Note:  Call logs can be viewed individually, or in conjunction with each other.

Outgoing Calls

The controls chosen will appear depressed to indicate selection, and the requested log information will display.

Six (6) columns of information are provided via the pulver.Communicator's Call Log:

Type The characteristic that defines the call in the log (missed, dial, etc.).
date The date the call was made/received (format:YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM).
length The duration of the call made/received, in seconds.
number The number called/called from.
  1. Use the scroll bars as necessary to view the Call Log, or download the log for easier reference (refer to Downloading Call Logs).

By default, the pulver.Communicator Call log is sorted by endtime, however it can be sorted by any its column headers Type, date, length, number with a single click of the chosen column header.

You can download your pulver.Communicator Call Log at any time by clicking the Save icon provided alongside the Call Log controls.

A Save As dialog will display.  Navigate to the location on your hard drive to which you want to save the Call Log and click Save.

Note:  The pulver.Communicator Call Log is configured as a comma-delimited file (.csv file format) for downloading.
