Logging In

Pulver.Communicator is a lightweight client application that is easily installed on any PC running Windows 2000 or later. 

Before you can install pulver.Communicator the pulverCommunicator.exe installation file must first be downloaded to your PC.  Click the download link located at http://communicator.pulver.com/download/ to capture the file and save it to your hard drive.

  1. Double-click on the pulverCommunicator.exe icon to start the installation process.  The InstallShield Wizard will start.

  1. Click Next>.  The License Agreement for pulver.Communicator will display. 

Please take the time to read the License Agreement, and proceed only if you agree with the terms stated therein (otherwise, click No).

  1. Click Yes.  The third InstallShield Wizard screen, Customer Information, will display, offering the following fields:  User Name, Company Name.

  1. Fill in the Customer Information fields as appropriate and click Next>.  The fourth InstallShield Wizard screen, Choose Destination Location, will display.

By default, all files for pulver.Communicator are placed in the C:\Program Files\Free World Dialup\pulver.Communicator directory and clicking Next> will maintain that setting.  If, for any reason, you want to install the application to a different location, click the Browse... button and navigate to the desired installation directory.

  1. Click Next>.  The fifth InstallShield Wizard screen, Start Copying Files, will display.  This screen is of a strictly informational nature, informing the user that enough information has been provided to start copying the pulver.Communicator program files.

  1. Click Next>.  The Setup Status InstallShield Wizard screen will then provide a running account of the installation process.  After the installation process has run and assuming it is successful, the InstallShield Wizard will confirm the completion of the pulver.Communicator installation.

  1. Click Finish to close the InstallShield Wizard.

  1. Invoke the Add or Remove Programs Windows Control Panel.

  1. Highlight pulver.Communicator under the Currently installed programs section of the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel and click the Change/Remove button that displays as a result.  The InstallShield Wizard will open.

  1. Click the Remove radio button at the bottom of the dialog and click Next>.  A confirmation dialog will display.

  1. Click OK to remove pulver.Communicator from your PC.
